Chelsea youth star Isaac Christie-Davies looks set to join Liverpool.
Isaac Christie-Davies is set to link up with Liverpool after Chelsea opted against extending his deal, reports say.
The 20-year-old’s contract with Chelsea expired in the summer and Liverpool are now ready to step in.
English reports have claimed that Liverpool are among several clubs who have been monitoring Christie-Davies’ situation at Chelsea.
Christie-Davies was previously on trial at Liverpool in March and the Reds were impressed with the midfielder’s ability.
Liverpool have developed a recent history of poaching rejects from Chelsea like Mo Salah, Daniel Sturridge and most recently – Dominic Solanke, who made the switch to Anfield last summer.
Solanke fought his way into Jurgen Klopp’s first-team set-up and scored his first goal for Liverpool on the final day of the Premier League season last Sunday.
