Monaco midfielder Cesc Fabregas believes Liverpool’s success is largely due to coach Jurgen Klopp.
Responding to a question on a Twitter Q&A, Fabregas wrote:
“Liverpool are an outstanding club that hit the jackpot hiring Klopp and giving him the right players and time to build something very special.”
Fabregas answered a number of questions, some of which were about which coach influenced his career, and which are the best players he played with:
“Really taught me in different moments and for different reasons, and not only footballing… I would say Wenger and Conte,” he answered. “Arsene technically and Conte mentally and he also made a player that I didn’t know I could be.”
Liverpool are the leaders in the Premier League table with a convincing 25-point advantage over second-placed Manchester City.
