Jarell Quansah has inked a new, long-term deal, with confirmation from Liverpool. In order to keep the 21-year-old at Anfield for the foreseeable future, the Reds were able to reach an agreement to extend his contract. The defender, who is close to earning his first senior England call-up, has had a fantastic breakthrough season.
In the country, Arne Slot’s presence has helped Quansah reach new heights, despite the fact that he made his Liverpool debut under former manager Jurgen Klopp. The defender told Liverpool FC, “I couldn’t be happier right now.” This is the greatest club in the world for me to grow as a player, and I believe that the new manager’s approach and coaching style have played a major role in that.
Liverpool homegrown player Jarell Quansah has signed a new long-term contract
After rising through Liverpool’s youth systems, the young player has accumulated a wealth of experience. He came off the bench for his Reds debut against Newcastle United in the previous season, when he went on to make 33 appearances and collect a Carabao Cup winners’ medal. After making his debut for the England U21s at the end of the season, he was added to the Three Lions’ tentative roster for Euro 2024, and he is eager to improve on that.
“I want to keep improving, keep learning, and keep trying to get better by trying to pick up tips from all the experienced players. I have a lot of experience in my position, so I’m trying to accomplish anything I can every day.”
