Jurgen Klopp gives injury update on three Reds defenders.
January signing Ozan Kabak has picked up a small injury during Liverpool’s 1-0 loss against Chelsea at Anfield.
The 20-year old has started all last five games for Liverpool and will join Van Dijk, Joe Gomez and a few others on the sidelines.
“Ozan after the game had a little problem,” said Reds boss Klopp on Friday.
“He has played now a lot of games and we will see whether he is ready for Fulham.
“It doesn’t look like it at the moment. We will have to find solutions.”
On a positive note, Nat Philipps is expected to be available this weekend against The Cottagers.
“Nat I think will be ready, Ben as well,” said Klopp.
“For Ben, it’s not easy. In our situation, we brought him in and he has to adapt, all these kind of things.
“He is a really good player, but we just have to try to make sure that the people who play with each other… if you bring one new player and then a second new player, it changes everything. We have to see.
“The game could come too quick for Ozan but Nat should be ready and Ben anyway.”
