Matthias Sammer applauded Jurgen Klopp for his achievement at Anfield.
The German manager has transformed Liverpool to a billion-dollar club since his arrival back in 2015.
He has recently signed a two-year contract extension which will keep him at the club until 2026.
His squad has already won the Carabao Cup and FA Cup this season and will be playing the Champions League final against Real Madrid on 28th May.
Liverpool are chasing an unprecedented quadruple this season and has a serious probability of achieving it.
Sammer told SportBILD: “First of all, you can’t overestimate what Jurgen Klopp is doing for Liverpool and, as a German coach, for the image of German soccer.
“That can make us all proud. Klopp can always reinvent himself with Liverpool; he is constantly looking for new building blocks, also in his coaching and support staff, to further improve the quality.
“The fact that a strong leader like Jurgen Klopp gathers top specialists around him for the perfect result cannot be credited to him highly enough.”
