English media write that Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp has agreed a reinforcement for his team, and it is about the Leipzig striker, Timo Werner, who has been playing great in the last few years.

Journalist Rafael Honigstein claims that Klopp had an “online” meeting with Werner a few weeks ago and agreed to cooperate. Speaking to BT Sport, the respected journalist clearly indicated that the ball is now in Liverpool’s court, by pointing out that the striker went ‘on record’ with his wish to join the Reds.

“The coronavirus is causing a lot of problems in football, and the same thing is happening with player transfers. However, the meeting between Klopp and Werner was held and they agreed, “the journalist said.

It remains to be seen whether the transfer will really take place, and Werner will certainly be a great reinforcement for Liverpool.
