Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp voices his concerns for Liverpool’s star midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain after the win of Club World Cup.

Liverpool won against South American club Flamengo during the Club World Cup final. However, the match got extended due to extra-time and Roberto Firmino scored the winning goal – making Liverpool the Club World Cup winners for the first time.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain depended on the help of braces on the field as he observed Liverpool’s Club World Cup last triumph over Flamengo on Saturday.

“Ox got injured in one situation and we play in five days again and that is a tough deal,” Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp said after the 1-0 win.

Oxlade-Chamberlain, whose Liverpool vocation has been grieved by wounds, limped off during the game in Doha in the wake of going down to the field in distress after a test that saw his right lower leg clasp.

“When he landed, he got a kick and rolled over on it. A big shadow on tonight,” said the Liverpool boss.

“He feels okay, of course it’s far from being perfect, but we have to see if it’s a stretch ligament or partly ruptured or ruptured.
