Liverpool prepared to allow Nathaniel Phillips to go out on loan

The reported asking price for Nathaniel Phillips is £15m.

Liverpool are reportedly planning to send out Nathaniel Phillips on loan. The 24-year-old defender has expressed an interest in seeking pastures new should the right opportunity arrive.

According to the Football Insider, Liverpool have informed the defender he will be allowed to depart the club on such an arrangement if a suitable bid does not arrive by the end of the window.

It’s strange to think that an interested party has yet to fire an offer the side’s way. The reported asking price for the Bolton-born centre-half is £15m.

It would be challenging to figure out the role in the particular position considering the competition for places with the likes of Virgil van Dijk.

Phillips only featured in EFL Cup and Champions League. He played 17 matches in Premier League last season but failed to make the place in the first lineup in any Premier League game this term.
