Liverpool eyeing move for Wolves midfielder Ruben Neves

Ruben Neves is 25 so Liverpool can plan this deal as a future prospect.

According to a fresh report from the Daily Mirror, Liverpool are eyeing a move for Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Ruben Neves. It has been added that the club is hoping to acquire the services of the 25-year-old attacker.

The Portuguese has enjoyed a solid campaign at the Molineux Stadium. He is a solid part of Wolves’ midfield and Liverpool needs depth in their midfield. Neves has made 23 appearances, finding the back of the net on four occasions across all competitions.

The 25-year-old midfielder will see his contract expire in the summer of 2024. He could be a bargain option for the Reds to consider at the end of this season.

Neves is a good tackler of the ball and can time his challenges well to secure the ball back for his team at the center of the park. The Portugal midfielder can strike the ball with power and accuracy from long range but can be a bit slow at times when asked to move up and down the field.

Jurgen Klopp can make the best use of him and he is 25 years old so Liverpool can plan this deal as a future prospect.
