Barca can give AC Milan midfielder a €15m signing bonus, while Liverpool would offer €30m to get Kessie at Anfield.
According to a report from El Nacional, Liverpool are offering a deal to AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessié. They planned a deal over a potential Bosman move next summer. The Reds will fight out with Barcelona to sign Cote d’Ivoire international. Between this, Franck Kessié might get a big price.
The Spanish giants can offer AC Milan midfielder a €15m signing bonus, while Liverpool would offer €30m to call Kessie at Anfield. 24-year-old is having a final year with Milan according to his contract. Ivorian is free to talk to the suitors from January onwards. Kessie had played against Reds when AC Milan suffered a defeat in Champions League a month ago.
Klopp’s side requires strength in the middle of the park and he can get the challenge from Jordan Henderson, Fabinho, Thiago Alcantara, James Milner, Naby Keita, Curtis Jones, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Harvey Elliott. Georginio Wijnaldum left in the summer and Kessie could replace him. Elliott is also ruled out for months through a horrific leg injury.
Cote d’Ivoire international had a great 2015-16 season on loan with Cesena and it helped him to get into Gian Piero Gasperini’s senior set-up. Kessie is now closing in on his 200 Il Diavolo appearances having featured regularly for his side.
