Bellingham has scored twice and provided four assists in eight matches for Dortmund during the 2021-22 campaign so far.
According to German journalist Christian Falk, Liverpool is now showing interest in signing Borussia Dortmund midfielder, Jude Bellingham. The 18-year-old midfielder started for the German club after moving from Birmingham City in July 2020. He has made 54 appearances for the Bundesliga club and scored six goals in all competitions. Premier League clubs like Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City all are linked with moves.
According to Falk, the Reds are more into this and they are keen to take England international, but it is likely that Jude Bellingham will spend at least one more full season with Borussia Dortmund. Bellingham has scored twice and provided four assists in eight matches for Dortmund during the 2021-22 campaign so far.
Falk told Bild, “Of course it’s true, Liverpool are very interested, but Jurgen Klopp has inhibitions about signing Dortmund players. The contact with the club is also relatively good, so that will be difficult, especially since he still has a longer contract.”
Falk also adds, “I think he will end up on the island at some point, but, unlike Haaland, Dortmund fans can be hopeful that he will definitely play at least one more season.”
