The Reds could make use of Leroy Sane in the left-wing position.
As per the reports of the Liverpool Echo, Liverpool are interested in signing Bayern Munich winger Leroy Sane. It was also added that Jurgen Klopp is unhappy with the attacking options at his disposal and would like to bring in a few more attacking reinforcements to strengthen their offence.
Sane had an impressive run of form for Bayern Munich last season. The 26-year-old established himself as a key player in Bayern’s starting XI. The German scored on 14 occasions and provided 15 assists over 45 matches for the Bavarian outfit in the last season across all competitions.
Sane can use his speed to make a few dangerous runs with the ball in the attacking end of the field. He usually plays on the left wing but can also serve as a right-sided wide player or operate in the midfield areas if needed.
The Reds could make use of a player with such calibre in the left-wing position since Sadio Mane’s departure from Anfield has left a gap in the offensive department.
