Jude Bellingham, a midfielder for Borussia Dortmund, has been strongly linked to Liverpool
The 19-year-old England international was brilliant for his team during the just finished World Cup, and a number of European clubs have taken note of his performances.
It remains to be seen if the Reds, who have been following the player for years, will be able to hire him at the end of the current campaign.
It is reasonable to anticipate that Liverpool will have to pay more than usual to retain his services in the summer, but it appears that they are prepared to make all necessary accommodations to get him. The player is rumoured to cost roughly £124 million.
Liverpool reportedly offered the player’s father a scouting position at the club and is willing to recruit the player’s sibling Jobe Bellingham in an effort to entice the player to Anfield. Bellingham has all he needs to become a world-class football player, and he wants to play for a team that can contend for big honours.
Under Jurgen Klopp, Liverpool has undoubtedly been among the best teams in the world, but it is still unclear if they will be able to qualify for the Champions League the following year. Without a top-four finish, it may be difficult to sign a player of Bellingham’s calibre.
