According to reports from Don Balon, Liverpool are interested in signing Real Madrid attacking midfielder Isco. The Spaniard fell down the pecking order at Real Madrid when Santiago Solari replaced Julen Lopetegui and was mostly on the bench.

However, after the return of Zinedine Zidane, Isco has once again become a regular for Real Madrid. This season, Isco has scored just 6 goals and has provided an assist in 36 appearances across all competitions.

Even though Isco has every possibility of becoming a prominent player under Zinedine Zidane, given the playing time he has endured this season, there is every possibility that the 27-year old might prefer a move away from Real Madrid.

Liverpoool have Isco on their radar. The Reds have had a terrific 18/19 season and have a very good chance of lifting their 6th Champions League title on the first day of June. Liverpool already have a very good squad but the one thing they don’t have is depth on the bench. Hence, Jurgen Klopp is eager to bring some fresh faces in the summer and Isco is one of the players he is interested in signing.

Klopp is reportedly eager to pay €100 million to bring in Isco. Provided Liverpool manage to sign Isco in the summer, he could well be to Liverpool what Philippe Coutinho once used to be.
