Liverpool has apparently sent scouts to watch Jamie Gittens, a youngster for Borussia Dortmund, in recent weeks, and is now among the teams connected with a bid for him. After the recent revelations of Jude Bellingham and Jadon Sancho, the 20-year-old is just the latest English youngster to shine at the Bundesliga team, continuing Signal Iduna Park’s reputation as one of the premier venues for developing future stars.

A number of Premier League teams are reportedly scouting Jamie Bynoe-Gittens, with Tottenham, Chelsea, and Liverpool among them keeping an eye on the young English player, according to Bild. Given that the English winger is already making the appropriate plays on the field, Borussia Dortmund may have been prepared to sell a significant amount of player quality.

Borussia Dortmund want big money to sell Liverpool target

According to a report from Sport Witness, a German tabloid, Bild, reports that three Premier League clubs are interested in Gittens. In fact, Tottenham, Liverpool, and Chelsea have expressed interest in him due to his 2024–2025 performance. Dortmund is rumoured to be seeking a “mega deal” in order to offload their youthful talent, however no specific amount is stated.

If Gittens does return to England, the Bundesliga giants, who have a contract that runs until 2028, are in a very good position and will probably carry on their tradition of selling young players for high prices. Dortmund will be hoping to do the same for Bynoe-Gittens as they did for Jude Bellingham to Real Madrid and Jadon Sancho to Manchester United in the past for enormous sums of money. The 20-year-old attacking prospect from the Bundesliga has been progressively adding to the team and is starting to play a significant role in key matches.
