Norwich look to replace James Maddison who was sold Leicester in last weekend. The Wales youngster finds himself being wanted after a long while.

According to The Sun, the Championship outfit are keen to bring Wales winger and Liverpool star Harry Wilson to Carrow Road.

Norwich want someone to replace creative playmaker James Maddison.

Maddison signed for Leicester from Norwich last week, Carrow Road club are said to have set their sights on Wilson.

The 21-year-old winger has impressed while on loan at Championship side Hull City last season and is emerging as a key figure and top talent in Wales set up.

Wilson is hopeful of finally getting game time with Liverpool and joins up with Jurgen Klopp’s side for pre-season training next month.

Wilson’s only first-team appearance for Liverpool came from the bench in the FA Cup third round replay win at Plymouth Argyle in January 2017, but his talents are far from unnoticed.

Harry Wilson is now at the stage of his career where he needs regular football or else he would leave his potential behind.
