Liverpool are lining up to sign a young convincing goalkeeper, Fabian Mrozek next year. If the youngster joins Liverpool, when he turns 16, he’ll be the third Polish goalkeeper at the club – joining Kamil Grabara and Jakub Ojrzynski at Anfield.
FIFA’s rules don’t allow clubs to sign players under the age of 16. The idea is that Mrozek will remain at Wrocław for another year, before joining Liverpool once he’s 16-year-old.
As per the same report, Wrocław U18s’ goalkeeping coach, Miłosz Gładoch, has confirmed that Mrozek had a successful trial with Liverpool and club officials are convinced to sign him next season and are flying in to meet with the teenager’s family next week.
Mrozek is set to join his new Liverpool teammates at the academy next year.
