According to insiders who spoke to Football Insider, Liverpool is prepared for a Saudi Arabian club to offer Alisson Becker a “jaw-dropping” deal to sign this summer. The Brazilian goalkeeper is attracting increasing interest from Saudi Arabia, and rumors about a possible bid are getting louder behind Anfield’s closed doors.
Although Liverpool has no intention of cashing in on the 31-year-old, the club is apprehensive of his head being turned. Alisson has two years remaining on his current deal, which runs until 2027, and that might open the door to competitors willing to grab him. Saudi Arabia is interested in more Premier League goalkeepers than just Alisson; a number of teams are also after Ederson of Man City.
When Liverpool acquired Alisson from Roma in 2018 for £66.8 million, he became the most expensive goalkeeper in history.

When it comes to goalkeepers, Saudi Arabia is still interested in Liverpool’s top goalie, Alisson. According to reports, the Brazilian will receive an offer from Saudi Arabia this summer despite his future being still up in the air. Due to injuries, Alisson was limited to playing in just 28 Premier League games and two Europa League contests the previous season.
Since Adrian left the team, Football Insider has previously disclosed that Liverpool is looking to hire a goalkeeper this summer. But Caoimhin Kelleher is eager to play regular first-team games for another Premier League outfit, according to a report from Football Insider.
