Liverpool submit the first bid for Thiago

The transfer summer for the Reds was always going to be slow. 

The Premier League champions do have an excellent first team and it has seen them win every major trophy across Europe with the league to boot. However, they have also had to suffer in domestic cups and that is because of their narrow squad size. 

With no replacement for many important positions, Liverpool ideally should have gone heavy in the summer and made a tough top quality squad. Instead due to budget constraints they are having to look at easy and cheaper options and maybe not buy, if not possible at all. 

However, for the Reds luckily there is a player out there of immense quality who can actually take them to the next level – Thiago. 

The Bayern Munich star in closing in in his 30 mark but does have a lot to give still. Incredibly fast in his brain and amazing with his midfield orchestrator role, he will not only add squad depth but a whole new dimension to Liverpool’s playing style. 

The Reds have officially submitted their first bid woth £23 million for the Bayern Munich star who has made it clear he wants to leave the Bundesliga giants this summer.
