Rio Ferdinand was raving about reported Liverpool target, Jude Bellingham.
Currently at the Euros for England, Bellingham has enjoyed a quick rise to stardom.
He moved to Borussia Dortmund last summer from Birmingham City and immediately became a regular. The world’s most expensive teenager then earned a spot in Gareth Southgate’s team for the 2020 Euros at just 17 years of age. Now 18, the Englishman is drawing links to plenty of European giants including Liverpool.
Ferdinand told England’s official YouTube channel the following (08:42): “I love this guy man. I love him, I love his whole vibe, he’s fearless like a lot of the young players he’s fearless, but Bellingham has something about him where you can see him leading this team for years to come, there’s a steeliness about him and he goes into big situations.
“My man was playing in the Champions League at the Etihad and bossing it. Demanding the ball from senior players, he’s got a confidence about him and a borderline arrogance that I love to see. His future, he’s going to be crazy.”
Bellingham’s services won’t be easy to come by right now. Liverpool might also have to pay over the top to sign such an attractive prospect right now.
