Cesc Fabregas has backed three of his teammates to join Liverpool.

The Premier League legend is expected to leave Monaco at the end of this season having joined back in 2019.

Midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni has been linked with a move away this summer with Real Madrid and Liverpool being heavily linked with the 22-year-old.

He scored eight goals and registered seven assists in all competitions this season.

Cesc Fabregas wants Liverpool to sign three of his teammates in the summer.

Fabregas told RMC Sport: “At the time, I signed with one objective: to save the team, then 19th with 13 points. I took a big risk because relegation was possible.

“When I came, Thierry (Henry) and Vadim (Vasilyev) also asked me to help grow the young people. It was an important point. Today, I feel like I have won the respect and sympathy of this younger generation.

“I hope I have helped. We like each other and I will continue to follow them, exchange with them. I would like to see (Youssouf) Fofana, (Sofiane) Diop or Tchouameni at Bayern or Liverpool!”
