Luis Diaz dreams of playing in the Spanish league someday.
The Colombian winger admits he dreams of playing for a Spanish club in the future.
The 25-year-old winger joined in January 2022 and still has four-and-a-half-years left on his Liverpool contract.
He is currently out with a knee injury and expected to be available in December after the World Cup.
It’s unlikely the winger would make a move anytime soon as he has been impressive for the Reds since his arrival in January.
Earlier this month, Barcelona president Joan Laporta admitted the club were interested in the Liverpool winger but missed out due to financial conditions.
Diaz said: “I would like to play for a Spanish club that has always attracted my family’s attention, but it is more of a childish dream.
“Now I only think about lifting trophies and making history with Liverpool, which is one of the biggest clubs in the world. I am very grateful for the opportunity they have given me.”
Diaz is hoping to return to action for Liverpool once the Premier League commences on Boxing Day.
