Mane reveals how he feels about Liverpool

Liverpool star forward and Senegal international Sadio Mane has expressed his delight at being at Anfield.

The former Southampton star moved to Anfield from Saints and has established himself as one of the regular starters under Klopp. He went on to become the joint Golden Boot winner last season in the Premier League and had a brilliant African Nations with Senegal as well when his team reached the final.

However, an ugly spat a few weeks back between Mo Salah and him at Burnley had some Liverpool fans worried. They will be relieved to know that Mane still loves Liverpool more than ever and does not want to leave the club at all.

Speaking about the club’s goals, he said, “It’s very early to say of course, but our target, as everyone knows, is to win the league this season. We’re targeting the Champions League as well.”

“To be honest, I’m really happy to be a part of the club, the family here. We have the best fans in the world here, so I’m always so thankful for the support. “It’s not just great for me too – it gives the whole squad more motivation to perform. It keeps us hungry to get better and better together… I really struggle to describe how happy I am to be here!”
