Real Madrid have set their sights on acquiring the services of Alexander-Arnold.

Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold is on the radar of Real Madrid. The Los Blancos have reportedly stepped up their interest in the Reds right-back. The 25-year-old is likely to leave the club in the summer.

The Englishman has been with the Reds since the age of six and has made a total of 310 appearances across all competitions. He scored 19 goals and provided 81 assists.

Arnold was a key asset for Liverpool during the Klopp era where he won all major trophies including Premier League and Champions League. The England international is widely regarded as one of the best right-backs.

Arne Slot will now start his new era at Anfield and he may allow key players to leave ahead of the new season. The Englishman has now entered the final year of his contract at Liverpool.

It has previously been added that Real Madrid have set their sights on acquiring the services of Alexander-Arnold. As per the reports of Bild, as quoted by The Sun, the Spanish giants have developed a ‘concrete’ interest in the right-back.

Real Madrid are looking as replacements of Dani Carvajal and Lucas Vazquez. Both will be out on contract in the summer of 2025. Alexander-Arnold could be the ideal candidate to fill the right-back void.
