Liverpool have lost the maximum number of players in the summer and as per the report from Liverpool Echo, Thiago Alcantara is still in the plan of Turkish club Trabzonspor. He is said to be on the verge of receiving a €7.5 million annual contract offer. Turkish transfer deadline is just there so they have to go quickly in this signing.
The Turkish Super Lig team is prepared to present the 32-year-old midfielder with a three-year contract. Thiago has entered his final year of the contract at Anfield and he is keen to depart on a free transfer next summer.
Thiago experienced a season of highs and lows under Jurgen Klopp. The 32-year-old made 28 appearances for Liverpool last season.
The Spanish midfielder is one of the finest players in the side. He possesses the versatility to also perform as a holding midfielder or take on the number ten role when necessary. He is currently out of the XI due to injury.
